Registration

MERH 2018 has been approved for 18 CPD points from the Royal College of Physicians London.  Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance following the congress.

Delegates registered so far are from the following disciplines; medicine, nursing, social work, public health, epidemiology, demography, health economics, anthropology, social policy, sociology, psychology, geography, health care management and politics.

Registered MERH delegates are from over 53 different countries, including; Canada, Finland, Germany, United States of America, Italy, Australia Chile, Hungary, South Africa and New Zealand.

Please note that if you register under the Low Income Rate we will check your eligibility to ensure that you qualify under this rate. If you have reside outwith the qualifying countries but your country of origin is listed as a low income country you will not qualify.

The registration fee includes:

• Attendance at all scientific sessions and entrance to the exhibition hall
• All congress materials
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
• Welcome Reception

*Student Registrations*
To avail of the student registration rate you must not earn over the specified student stipend. Please click here for further information.

If you previously tried to register at the student rate when it was capped but now wish to amend your registration to this type.  Refunds will be only be available until the 23rd of April.  After this time, it won’t be possible to be refunded.

*Day Registrations*

Day rates are available for either the 17th, 18th or 19th May- the cost per day is £175. To register at the day rate please click here.

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.
Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Purchasing Cards or Maestro.
Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing  MERH@in-conference.org.uk

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd) to merh@in-conference.org.uk
Cancellations made on or before 6th April 2018 will be refunded  less the £40 administration fee.
Cancellations made after 6th April 2018 will NOT be refunded.
No Shows will NOT be refunded.VISA
Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK.  To check if you need a UK Visa please click here. Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

VALIDITY OF PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.  Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.

**VISA APPLICATIONS – LETTER FROM THE ORGANISING SECRETARIAT**
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email merh@in-conference.org.uk to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.
Please note invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers.
If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the cogress and are only available for delegates who attend the congress.
